I have just been looking further at it, and as you know I think it is a good idea so there is a Social and a Business feed. Now here is a very interesting thing. Because of my need to only see Page feeds when I wanted to and not be swamped by all the pages I liked, I created a wide range of ‘Interests’ and took all the pages I put into the particular interest out of my personal feeds. Now looking at the new PAGE feed, I see that only the pages I had left to show in my feeds are shown in the new Page Feed, and all that I had unticked and put into an interest page are NOT shown in the page feeds.
